That's why I made Niku Tofu today!
The taste is like Sukiyaki. The excellent point of Niku Tofu is that people living alone can easily enjoy it as a sidedish because the amount is not as large as Sukiyaki,
🔶for 3-4 servings
🔶cooking time 00:40
▽INGREDIENTS-Niku Tofu-
300g sliced beef
1 block of firm tofu
1 Japanese leek
1 pack of beech mushrooms
1/3 bunch of spinach
▽INGREDIENTS-Seasonings-
600ml dashi stock
100ml dark soy sauce
80ml sake
60ml mirin(sweet sake)
1 tbsp sugar
▽INGREDIENTS-Decoration-
onsen tamago(It has an egg yolk with a firm but creamy texture and an egg white with soft and silky)♪If you want.
about 1/2 burdock
shichimi togarashi (a mixture of red cayenne pepper and other aromatic spices), if you want
