This was a SELF-HELP training video recorded in 2007 BEFORE I was trained and certified by Steve Cotter.
Some of the comments left here by folks who didn't even know what a kettlebell was back in 2007 is interesting to say the least.
This is the price to pay when you are pioneer in a new activity with no instruction and not equipped with the ideal choice of training equipment. If you want to see better technique please refer to any of Steve Cotter's instructional videos and DVDs. Thanks and happy training.
