vanilla sugar 10 gr.
kefir 2.5% 250 ml.
egg 3 pcs. (+ a pinch of salt).
semolina 200 gr.
grows. oil 100 ml.
flour 200 gr.
soda 1 tsp
cocoa (powder) 1 tbsp. l.
We bake in a pan on the smallest fire, under the lid for 40 - 45 minutes. then turn over and bake for another 10 minutes, covered.
