How To Make Authentic Goan Style Chicken 🍗 Cafreal

700 gm chicken (cleaned and washed nicely)

For Marination Part 1 Ingredients :
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp oil

For Grinding Ingredients :
Bunch of coriander leaves
4 to 5 green chillies
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 inch ginger
5 to 6 Garlic cloves
7 to 8 cloves
15 to 20 black pepper corns
1/2 inch cinnamon stick
1/4 glass of water

For Marination Part 2 Ingredients:
Marinated chicken
1/2 Ground paste

For Frying Ingredients:
4 tsp oil
Marinated chicken

For Cooking Ingredients :
2 tsp oil
1/2 remaining Ground paste
1 tsp sugar
Salt as per taste ( if required)
