In this video I will show you how to make an easy stuffed bun recipe. It is incredibly soft, tasty and perfect for your parties.
I will also show here all the tips and secrets for producing this delicious recipe that is perfect for you to sell and earn money.

Yield: 35 units (dough weighing 50 grams)
Ingredients for the dough:
- 1 kg unleavened wheat flour (all purpose wheat flour)
- 20 grams of dry yeast
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon salt (15 grams)
- 7 tablespoons (soup) of sugar (70 grams)
- 150 milliliters of cooking oil
- 500 milliliters of milk
Ingredients for the filling:
- 600 milliliters of milk
- 2 tablespoons unleavened wheat flour (all purpose wheat flour)
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 50 grams of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of margarine or butter
- 200 grams of milk cream
To finish:
- 30 grams of butter or margarine (80% fat)
- 100 grams of grated parmesan cheese
