Ingredients for the dough:
- 1 kg unleavened wheat flour (all purpose wheat flour)
- 1 cup of cooking oil (150 milliliters)
- 1 teaspoon salt (8 grams)
- 3 tablespoons of sugar (30 grams)
- 20 grams of dry yeast
- 3 cups of warm milk (450 milliliters)
- 2 eggs
Ingredients for the filling:
- 350 grams of ham
- 400 grams of mozzarella cheese (or any cheese of your choice)
- 100 grams of traditional tomato sauce (or the sauce of your choice)
- 150 grams of cream cheese (optional)
To finish:
- 1 egg
- 10 grams of melted butter or margarine
- 50 grams of grated parmesan cheese
