300ml  Vegetable oil
1kg  Chicken ( drumsticks and thighs)
16  Fresh Tomatoes sliced
2 Tbsp  Yoghurt
1 Tsp  Salt
2 or 3 Tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1 Tsp  Turmeric powder
6 Green finger chillies
2 Tsp  Coriander powder
5. Cardamom pods
Piece Cinnamon
2 Tsp  Cumin Seeds
1/2 Tsp  Black Pepper
6  Garlic cloves & equal quantity fresh ginger
1 Tsp Butter Ghee
Garnish with Fresh Coriander and Slices of Ginger
