Ingredients List
For the chicken batter:
400g Diced Chicken Breast
2 Tsp Garlic/Ginger Paste (Fresh or frozen OPTIONAL)
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
1 Tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
1 Tsp Tandoori Masala Powder
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Curry Powder or Mix powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Egg
3-5 TBSP Corn Flour
2 TBSP Rice Flour.(We just want to thicken the batter with the flours, so adjust until accomplished)
Orange or red Food Colouring (Looks amazing)
Curry leaves are a must for chicken 65.
I couldn't get them for this show but add a some at the frying stage.
For the 65 Sauce:
1 Onion sliced
6 Green finger chillies
1 or 2 Red Chillies
1 Clove Garlic finely chopped
Fresh Coriander
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Tandoori Masala Powder
1/2 Tsp Curry powder
1/2 Tsp Extra Hot Chilli Powder
2-3 TBSP Thai Sweet Chilli
Spring Onions sliced
A lemon twist to garnish
