Potato salad ingredients
This recipe is for 10 pounds of potato
10 pounds potato
1 large jar mayo
1/2 cup mustard
1 large jar bread and butter pickles chopped
2 tbsp spicy girl
10 boiled eggs
1 cup scallions chopped
2 whole packs of bacon cooked
2 hidden valley original ranch packets
Salt and pepper to taste
The sweet pickles were good enough for me. HOWEVER if you prefer a sweeter potato salad you may add 3 tbsp of sugar(for this amount of potatoes)
Brownie ingredients
2 store bought box brownie of your choice
Follow directions on the package

The toffee sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
Simmer till thick
Next
Finish with 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp vanilla
Pour it over the brownie then top with broken up cookies. I used peanut butter Oreos 🤞🏿
