Today I’m making up some loaded baked potato salad quite different from your traditional potato salad just like a baked potato all thrown together it’s delicious and the perfect side for any bbq or any occasion..hope you give t a try and enjoy at your next cookout ❤️

What you will be needing
Large pot with salted water
8 medium Russet potatoes peeled and cut Into cubes
1 cup sour cream more if needed
2 tsp dried chives
1/2 cup mayonnaise more if needed
1/2 cup packed diced onions
12 slices of bacon fried crispy and crumbled
1 1/2 cups mild or medium shredded cheddar cheese
1 chopped green onion
Chill overnight when ready to serve warm servings in microwave to get that wonderful baked potato flavor or in hot oven spread salad on a large baking sheet warm to your liking...Enjoy!
