As you may know, this is a remake of a video I uploaded 3 years ago. I need a picture for the publication of the book, but there is no original video left, so I made another video out of necessity. I need one or two more remakes in the future. I would be grateful if you could understand my situation.

Compared to 3 years ago, isn't it a bit cleaner?

ingredients

1 cup of warm milk (240ml, 240g)
2 tablespoons of sugar (30ml, 25g)
2/3 teaspoon of salt (4 g)
2 teaspoons (6g) of instant dry yeast
All-purpose flour (or strong flour) 1 cup (240ml, 145g)
1 Large Egg at room temperature (50g)
2 tablespoons of cooking oil (30ml, 30g)
Whole Wheat plain flour 2 cups (480ml, 280g)

Loaf pan ; 10cm x 22cm x 10cm
180 degrees (355F) convection for 35 minutes
