🔸 This Advanced yin class (60 minute yin yoga session) is designed as Extra Long Holds yin practice (deep yin with music) and is full of multifunctional - advanced yin yoga poses. It might be intense! It is a 60 min yin yoga for Full Body and we hold poses for 3-5 min and some extra long holds for 5-8 minutes. Be aware to prepare props for this long holds Deep yin and if it is getting too intensive - close the pose earlier or choose a more mild modification of the pose. This is a yin yoga class with Music to help you to relax into long hold yoga poses. I recommend for this extra long holds yoga to keep 2 blocks and a pillow near you.

🔸 If you are new to Yin yoga practice - it is a Static stretching (a form of Restorative yoga) where we don't push, don't pull, but implement surrender and let Gravity work with our bodies.
🔸 You need today 2 blocks and a pillow! Today's class level is Advanced Yin - we do yin yoga long holds and Intensive variants of poses -  please be aware of that and close pose earlier if needed.
🔸 POSES of this yin yoga class: Wide leg child position with side stretches, Sphynx on the blocks, Dangling (standing folding down) position, Swan (Pigeon) position with quads stretch, Half-Butterfly with modification of foot & quad stretch, Straddle (Dragonfly or Wide-leg) pose, Supportive Fish pose with Saddle legs,  Shavasana  - enjoy!
