Manodharma is a very predominant feature in Indian Music. This creative part of our music can be experienced through the RagaAlapana, Neraval, Swarakalpana , Ragam Tanam Pallavis, Slokas and Ugabhogas.

The other interesting aspect is how this Creative element of music meets the Pre composed, Pre Rehearsed part of music. We discuss this and other interesting facts (on how an artist gathers knowledge from veterans and their own experience) with Vidwan. B.Sivaraman who was gracious to share his insights for ACJ.
