INGREDIENTS:
For Tomato Pulp:
* Tomato (टमाटर) - 4
* Red Chilli (लाल मिर्च) - 2

For Tomato Idli:
* Ghee (घी) - 1/2 spoon
* Urad Dal (उड़द दाल)
* Tuar Dal (तुअर दाल)
* Mustard Seeds (राई)
* Curry Leaves (कढ़ी पत्ता)
* Semolina (सूजी) - 1 cup
* Salt (नमक) - 1/2 spoon
* Curd (दही) - 1/2 cup
* Tomato Pulp (टमाटर का पेस्ट) - 1 cup
* Water (पानी) - 2 spoon
* Eno (ईनो) - 1 spoon

For Gun Powder:
* White Sesame (सफेद तिल) - 2 tbsp
* Peanuts (मूंगफली) - 2 spoon
* Roasted Gram (भुना चना) - 2 spoon
* Oil (तेल)
* Chana Dal (चना दाल) - 2 spoon
* Urad Dal (उड़द दाल) - 1 spoon
* Fenugreek Seeds (मेथी दाना) - less than 1/2 spoon
* Coriander Seeds (साबुत धनिया) - 1 spoon
* Black Pepper (काली मिर्च) - 20-25
* Mustard Seeds (राई) - 1/2 spoon
* Curry Leaves (कढ़ी पत्ता) - 2 spoon
* Tamarind (इमली)
* Desiccated Coconut (नारियल का बुरादा) - 1 tbsp
* Asafoetida (हींग) - less than 1/2 spoon
* Salt (नमक) - 1 spoon
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर)  - 2 spoon

For Masala Idli:
* Idli (इडली)
* Ghee (घी) - 1 spoon for coating
* Gun Powder (गन पाउडर)
* Ghee (घी) - for shallow frying

RECIPE:
For Tomato Idli, take some Red Chilies & Tomatoes, boil them & peel the Tomatoes. Grind them & sieve the paste.
In a pan, put Ghee, Urad Dal, Tuar Dal, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves then put Semolina & roast it for 2-3 mins. Keep it for cooling down then put Salt, Curd & Tomato Paste. Cover the batter & keep it for 10 mins. Put some Water & some Eno then put batter in greased Idli stand & give them steam for 10-12 mins on medium flame.
For Gun Powder, take a pan, put White Sesame Seeds, roasted Peanuts & roasted Grams. Roast them & take them out. In the same pan, put Oil, Chana Dal, Urad Dal, Fenugreek Seeds, Coriander Seeds then roast them & put some Black Pepper, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves, Tamarind, Desiccated Coconut & mix them all. Keep them for cooling down then put Asafoetida, Salt, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder & grind them all. Gun Powder will get ready.
For Masala Idli, take some Leftover Idlis in a bowl, put some Ghee & Gun Powder. Wrap the Idlis & shallow fry them in a pan on slow flame.
