INGREDIENTS:
For Batter:
* Semolina(सूजी) - 1 Bowl
* Curd(दही) - 1 Bowl
* Water(पानी) - 3-4 Spoon
* Salt (नमक) - As per taste
* Eno(ईनो) - 1 Tsp

For Filling:
* Oil(तेल) - 1 Tsp
* Mustard Seeds(राई) - Less than 1/2 Tsp
* Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - Less than 1/2 Tsp
* Onion(प्याज) - 1
* Green Chilli(हरी मिर्च)
* Ginger(अदरक)
* Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर)
* Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर)
* Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर)
* Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
* Salt(नमक)
* Potato(आलू) - Boiled & Grated
* Coriander leaves(धनिया पत्ती)

For Tadka:
* Oil(तेल)
* Cumin Seeds(जीरा)
* Mustard Seeds(राई)
* Curry Leaves(कड़ी पत्ता)
* Green Chilli(हरी मिर्च)
* Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर)
* Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
* Coriander leaves(धनिया पत्ती)
* Water(पानी) - 3-4 Spoon
* Lemon Juice(नींबू का रस)

RECIPE:
For Filling, Keep the pan on the flame, put some Oil, Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, nicely chopped small Onion, Green Chilli & Ginger and saute them. Then put some spices like Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Dried Mango Powder, Salt to taste, boiled & Mashed Potato and Coriander Leaves. Mix it well and keep the filling for cooling down. Then Make rolls of the fillings.
In a pan, put some Water for boiling and cover it.
For Idli, in a bowl, put some Semolina, some Curd and mix them well. Cover it and keep it aside for 10-15 mins. Then put some Water, Salt to taste & Eno in it and mix it well with the whisker. Then put some batter in the greased steel glass, then put the filling roll in it and then put the remaining batter in the glass. give them steam for 10-15 mins. Check it with the help of a toothpick. Turn the flame off & keep it cooling down for some time. Then grease some Oil on the knife and take out the Idli.
For Tadka, in a pan, put Oil, Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves, Green Chilli, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Leaves, Water & Lemon Juice and cook it. Give the tadka on the Idli and cut it into pieces. In this same way, you can also make idli in the ice cream mould. Then serve the Tasty Stuffed Idli with Sambhar, Peanut Chutney & Green Chutney.
