今天我會大家說跑步之後的小腿痛. 大家有沒有試過跑步跑到3至4K的時候突然之間小腿痛跑不動, 由其是上斜或者落斜的時候就容易小腿不舒服的. 小腿痛和小腿抽筋是完全兩回事的. 我相信大家都試過小腿抽筋, 晚上睡覺也許早上起來的時候你會發覺小腿突然肌肉抽著, 這些稱做抽筋. 抽筋了之後其實你落床拉下隻腳或是做弓字部拉鬆小腿又會復原的. 但是小腿痛當在跑步或者是打籃球, 彈跳或者做運動需要跳然後落 哪一個時刻 然後小腿很痛的時候 這個不是抽筋那麼簡單....

Today I will talk about calf pain after running. Anyone experienced after running 3-4K suddenly there is a pain in the calf muscle. Going uphill or downhill there would be discomfort at the calf. Pain and cramp are two different condition. I believe everyone experience cramps at night while sleeping or waking up in morning with a cramp at the leg that is cramp, usually after cramps once you get off the bed, move your leg stretch it will be ok. But calf pain after running or after playing basketball, or anything require jumping and landing, that moment If you feel the pain, it is not as simple as cramping.....
