Boulevardier

Today on Booze On The Rocks we show you How To Make the Boulevardier Cocktail.  The boulevardier is winters Ultimate cocktail, while its related to the Negroni, but it's better. It's creation is ascribed to Erskine Gwynne, an American-born writer who founded a monthly magazine in Paris called Boulevardier, that ran from 1927 to 1932. THE BOULEVARDIER

INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz/45 ml Bourbon
1 oz/30 ml Sweet Vermouth
1 oz/30 ml Campari

METHOD
1. Add ice and all ingredients to mixing glass.
2. Stir for about 15 seconds.
3. Pour over ice into glass.
4. Garnish with orange peel.
