In today’s video, I’m making
In today’s video, I’m making the black manhattan! A modern variation of the classic manhattan, the black manhattan replaces amaro for sweet vermouth. I’ve been excited about making this one because I wanted to use a particular bottle that we tasted on the Vintage Amari video (https://rb.gy/ap3z6n) that predates the birth of this drink by nearly 50 years! Of course using vintage amaro is not required, so just grab your favorite bottle and you’ll be good. Cheers!
