Train with me in this intense ballet inspired HIIT circuit to workout like a dancer! Dancers and anybody else will benefit from this workout, you absolutely don’t need to be a dancer to do it ♡ feel free to adjust to your current ability and this video will help you improve your strength and flexibility while you work on your body. You can do this fat burning workout anywhere with no equipment!

Ballet inspired HIIT workout: each exercise is performed for 40sec and followed by 20sec rest. It’s a circuit of 5 exercises, repeated 4 times!

1. High knee ups
2. Side lunges
3. Squat kick
4. Plié leg lift
5. V-crunch

Cool down for 5-10 min with some light stretching :)
