Our first step is to gather all the necessary ingredients to create these succulent beef and pork burgers.
• 1 pound ground beef
• 0.75 pound ground pork
• 1  onion, finely chopped
• 12 button mushrooms finely chopped (Fry the onions and mushrooms first to release the oils and flavors)
• ½ cup breadcrumbs ( I sometimes use smoky bacon flavor crackers)
• 1 egg
• ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
• a couple of drops of Soy sauce
• 1tbsp tomato puree
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Your favorite burger buns
• Toppings and condiments of your choice
To create the perfect burger, we'll need ground beef and ground pork. Additionally, finely chopped onions, chopped mushrooms, breadcrumbs, an egg, and a dash of salt and pepper, some tomato puree and a drop or two of Worcestershire sauce, will add depth to the flavors. Don't forget to have your favorite burger buns and an array of toppings and condiments on hand to customize your creation!
Now, let's move on to the second step: mixing the ingredients.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and ground pork.
Next, add the finely chopped onions and mushrooms
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the mixture.
Crack the egg and add it to the bowl.
