Main Ingredients:
Per burger
200 grams (7oz) of fatty pork mince (separated into 2 x 100 gram (3.5oz) patties)
1 x brioche roll
1 - 2 tablespoons of Pork crackle (crushed)
Masterfoods Japanese Style Tonkatsu Sauce
2 slices of Mozzarella cheese
Hydration:
1 x beer
