Black Pepper Pork Burgers:4lbs ground
Black Pepper Pork Burgers:
4lbs ground pork
2-5 teaspoons of black pepper (to taste)
1 Tablespoon of salt
1 teaspoon of onion powder
2 Tablespoons of Frank's Red Hot sauce
Asian Inspired Black Pepper Pork Burgers:
4lbs ground pork
2-5 teaspoons of black pepper (to taste)
1 Tablespoon of salt
1 teaspoon of onion powder
2 Tablespoons of coconut aminos
2 Tablespoons of finely minced fresh ginger
Mix all ingredients together. Form into patties and freeze in single layers on a lined cookie sheet. When frozen solid place patties into a freezer Ziploc bags and store in the freezer until ready to cook.
Cook frozen burgers in an oiled pan over medium heat for 4-5 per side minutes for thin patties. Thicker patties need to cook longer. Be sure to check the internal temperature!
