San Sebastian cheese cake is one of the most delicious and famous cheese cakes in the world and it has many fans. I think it is worth trying once.
ingredients :
3 eggs
150 grams of sugar
Cream cheese 460 grams
Breakfast cream 240 grams
Corn starch 1 tablespoon
Flour 2 tablespoons
Vanilla 1/2 teaspoon
How to prepare:
First, we beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until the texture of the cheese is opened, then we add sugar little by little to the ingredients and mix until we get a creamy texture. Now add the eggs one by one and add vanilla with the last egg.
In another bowl, mix breakfast cream, flour and corn starch.
Now add the cream mixture to the cheese ingredients and mix slowly until it is mixed
Pour the ingredients into a size 20 mold and put it in a preheated oven with a gas oven temperature of 220 degrees and an electric oven at 200 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
If the cake is not colored, turn on the grill oven for 2 minutes to color the cake.
After cooking for 2 hours at room temperature, let it cool down and create a hollow state, and then put it in the refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours to cool down and then remove the parchment paper.
