I hope that you enjoy this PREGNANCY SAFE WORKOUT that is suitable for ALL TRIMESTERS - we focus on targeting the glutes and legs, plus working the triceps as well as some gentle stretching to help relieve any pregnancy aches! The only equipment you will need is a birthing ball or stability ball and a yoga mat.
