POI MOCHI - HAWAII LOCAL STYLE RECIPE #shorts

Aloha everyone! Here's another Hawaiian local fave. It's called poi mochi and it only requires 4 simple ingredients - poi, mochiko flour, sugar, and water. It's a dessert that's not too sweet, but you can totally sweeten it up by coating the finish product with sugar or by drizzling it with a sugar glaze.

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 lb poi
1 box mochiko flour
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup sugar
Oil for deep frying
