Bodycam DUI Arrest - Complacent Karen Gets Arrested for Her 2nd DUI

On February 25, 2023, Chagrin Falls Police Officer Goldberg's attention was drawn to a vehicle making loud sounds from a faulty exhaust.  He finished one traffic stop and proceeded to chase after the loud Hyundai.   He caught up to the vehicle as the 39-year-old female driver was pulling into her driveway.   When he made contact with the woman, she admitted that she didn't have her (expired) driver's license with her and she admitted to consuming alcohol.  She was asked to step out of vehicle to perform standardized field sobriety tests (FSTs), but she was preoccupied with other things she needed to do.  When she refused the FSTs, she was arrested for her 2nd DUI.   She was transported to a neighboring police station where she also refused to submit to an evidentiary breath test.  She becomes very complacent about her situation, joking around with a corrections officer and making comments about if her boyfriend had arrived to pick her up.  The end of the video discusses her charges and the outcome of the case.
