Bodycam DUI Arrest - Hysterical 21-Year-Old Drama Queen is Arrested for Drunk Driving

On May 16, 2023, Rock County Sheriff's Deputy Nugent was patrolling in Janesville, WI, when he observed a vehicle speeding.  His radar unit detected the vehicle traveling at 68 miles per hour (MPH) in a 55 MPH zone.  He turned around and began pursuing the vehicle.   Once the vehicle finally stopped, the 21-year-old driver made numerous excuses for her actions.   The police report states that Deputy Nugent detected the odor of alcohol coming from the vehicle.  He asked the driver to step out of the vehicle to perform standardized field sobriety tests.   That is when her antics started, including falling to the ground in an emotional fit.   She was unable to safely perform 2 of the 3 tests, but she did complete a portable breath test (PBT) and the result was 0.20% BAC.   She was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated (1st Offense).   Her underage passenger also submitted to a PBT and her result was 0.254% BAC.   The driver's charges and the outcome of the case are discussed at the end of the video.
