We have the tools within us to consciously decide what belief is productive, and what belief is destructive. What belief will keep us in a state of inspiration and positivity, and what belief I must replace that is negative and pessimistic.

What you'll notice through The Anxiety Guy Podcast on iTunes, as well as the YouTube videos on this channel is a very common approach. That approach is that we are more than what we think we are. We have capabilities that far exceed what we are currently undertaking. In order to tap into those internal resources though we must begin to understand that our perception, and how we emotionally react to something is a signal. A signal that is trying to tell us something in our thought patterns is wrong. Therefore the behavior we undertake is self defeating.
