So after almost 2 months of trying to make Makgeolli, which is a korean rice wine, i finally did it, and here is the recipe that worked for me. Note, in this video im actually splitting this recipe in half because i want to experiment with some different flavours of makgeolli. if you want to make regular makgeolli, just discard the coffee and make it in a big batch.
ingredients:
500g Glutinous Rice
500ml Filtered Water
50g Nuruk
1/2 teaspoon Wine Yeast
