Rice wine ABV / hydrometer and refractometer / alcohol content of cheongju

How can I calculate the alcohol content of my rice wine?  Specifically, what is the ABV (alcohol by volume) percentage?  

There's a method described in https://homebrewsake.com/measuring-yo... which uses a hydrometer reading and a refractometer reading, both at the end of brewing.  The calculator is here: http://www.musther.net/vinocalc.html#...

These methods are intended for non-carbonated liquids without suspended sediment.  So makgeolli cannot be measured this way, but we can try to measure cheongju!
