All-purpose flour: 320gRoom temperature milk:
All-purpose flour: 320g
Room temperature milk: 185g
Egg: 1
Unsalted butter: 30g(2 tbsp)
Yeast: 4g(1 tsp)
Sugar: 1 tbsp
Salt: 3g(1/2 tsp)
Step:
1. After mixing the flour, ferment to double its size, shape it, and put it in a mold for second proofing
2. After proofing, put it in the preheated oven 360F/180C and bake for 30 minutes

酵母:4克(1 tsp)

2. 醒发好之后,放入提前预热好的烤箱360F/180C烤30分钟
