5g milk powder
1g malt extract
9g fresh yeast
120g water
12g eggs
25g unsalted butter
125g butter (For folding)
Custard Cream Filling
40g egg yolk (2 pieces)
Sugar 40g
Pastry flour (or corn starch) 20g
Whole milk 200g
1/4 vanilla seeds (take 1/4 of a vanilla pod, and scrape out the seeds)
Dark raisins 100g
Mandarin Orange Wine 5~10g (or other wines, such as Cointreau, dark rum, etc.)
Ground cinnamon 2g
