食譜:
烤盤28×28釐米

麵團:
60克×16個

高筋麵粉 500克
(或中筋麵粉520克)
牛奶 280克 (室溫)
糖 50克
雞蛋2個(留10克刷表面)
酵母6克
鹽5克
無鹽黃油50克

表面:
蛋液

麵包底部:
芝麻20克
黃糖(或白糖)20克
融化無鹽黃油

烘烤
烤箱提前預熱15分鐘
180°C (或356°F)
28分鐘

🔺Tips
*牛奶室溫30~35°C,和手溫差不多
*雞蛋每個帶殼65克,蛋液55克,全部兩個蛋蛋液110克,留下10克刷表面,實際使用100克。不足部分可以用牛奶補齊

Milk  280g (room temperature )
Sugar 50g
Egg✖️2(leave 10g for wash surface )
Instant yeast 6g
Salt 5g
Unsalted Butter 50g

Surface :
Egg liquid

bottom of bread:
White sesame 20g
Brown sugar (or sugar )20g
Melted unsalted butter

Baking:
*Preheat oven 15 minutes in advance
180°C (or 356°F)
28 minutes

🔺Tips:
*Eggs with shells are 65 grams each, egg liquid is 55 grams, all two eggs are 110 grams, and 10 grams are left to brush the surface, and 100 grams are actually used.  The deficiency can be made up with milk

*The room temperature of milk is 30~35°C, which is about the temperature of hands
