250g eggs
125g soft flour
25g corn starch
500ml warm milk
70g sugar
2g salt
5g vanilla bean paste

*for icing cream
380g heavy cream
38g sugar
15g condensed milk
2g vanilla bean paste
125g mascarpone cheese

*for decorjel
100g apple jam or apricot jam
15ml water
10g sugar
