Crepe Cake Recipe
Hello! Today I brought No Oven! whipped cream cake.
The fabulous look crepe cake!
You can see them a lot at the cafe, right? It takes time to make it, but it's worth to spend time +_+ I made it using the ingredients that you will have at your home (except the whip cream)
You can buy the whip cream from bakery, or you can also buy it from the market and whip it :-)
Use your muscle to make it ! :)
Cup = Regular paper cup, small cup = Soju size cup
16 cm crepe 1 serving size (about 22~27 sheets)
▶ ingredient
5 egg
70g sugar
540ml milk
150g all purpose flour
23ml vegetable oil
270ml heavy cream
50g sugar
*You need to spread the cream thinner for better look.
*Put it in the refrigerator for enough time and then cut it.
