This chocolate pudding is made without an oven, eggs, butter, or cream. It is thick and smooth, with a rich melt-in-your-mouth chocolate flavor and a delicious caramel aroma. It can be made in a pound mold or in glass cups. ▷Ingredients (for 1 8 x 17 cm, 6 cm high pound mold): 80 g granulated sugar 2 tablespoons water 700 ml milk 40 g cornstarch 32 g cocoa powder 100 g sweet chocolate ▷How to make: 1. Chop the sweet chocolate. 2. Sift the cocoa powder into the cornstarch mixture and add 100 ml of milk. 3. Put the granulated sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Scald until caramelized, shaking the pan. 4. Remove from heat, add milk and dissolve caramel in milk. Add the cornstarch and heat over medium to low heat. 5. Heat while stirring because it burns easily. Continue heating while stirring for about 2 minutes after the bubbles disappear and the mixture thickens. 6. Remove from heat and stir in sweet chocolate. 7. Pour the pudding into a pound cake mold lined with a cookie sheet. Remove from heat and refrigerate overnight. 8.
