Today's recipe is for a rich chocolate ice cream bar for chocolate lovers.
I used lots of chocolate and cocoa to create a rich and aromatic ice cream.
The recipe for melt-in-your-mouth ice cream was made by simply placing it in a mold and freezing it, without the need to mix it in the middle to make it melt in the mouth, a tedious process in making homemade ice cream.
The recipe calls for soy milk, but it can also be made with milk, oats milk, or almond milk.
When mixing the cocoa powder and soy milk, it takes time to mix if you add the soy milk all at once, so the key is to add a little at a time and mix to spread.

▷Ingredients:
25g cocoa powder
40g sugar
250 ml soy milk
65 g sweet chocolate (cacao 56%)

▷How to make:
1. Put the sifted cocoa powder and sugar into a saucepan and mix well.
2. Add soy milk a little at a time, stirring to blend with the cocoa powder.
3. Place the saucepan over low heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
4. Put the sweet chocolate in a bowl, add the soy milk from (3) above, and melt the chocolate.
5. Place in a silicone container of your choice and chill in the freezer for 4 hours or until firm.
