We had a close encounter with Tata Aji, a shop offering stamina ramen.
The shop is located in the office district of Nihonbashi Kodenmacho in Tokyo and attracts many office workers.
It is an up-and-coming ramen shop that opened in March 2021, and is also a product of Acecook's Cup Noodle series of 'restaurants that appeared in the queue like a comet'.
The restaurant recommends eating it 'sukiyaki style', dipped in raw eggs from the side menu, and you can ask for up to 10 raw eggs.
The ramen noodles, which are basically made from domestic ingredients, can also be enjoyed with free toppings and are loved by many regular customers.
