Ingredients

Roasted Rice Flour -1 cup (in 250 ml cup)
Boiled Hot Water - 3/4 to 1 1/4 cup (depending up on each Flour )
Salt - 1/2
Cumin Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Black Sesame seeds - 1/2 to 1 tsp
Oil - for Frying

Grated coconut -2tbsp
Small Onion - 6
Garlic -1

Method

You should always dry roast the rice flour. Take a bowl add this roasted rice flour. Take the small jar of the mixie and grind the grated coconut,shallots and garlic.Grind it finely with only 2 tbsp of water.Add this mix to the rice flour.Add a pinch of cumin seeds. Then add pinch of black sesame seeds. Mix it well and keep it aside.
Boil 1&3/4  water add some salt. Pour water in small qty to knead the dough. It should be semi hard consistency. Now roll the dough as shown in the video.Take two banana leaves/A Frozen Paratha cover –Grease it with oil- Keep a small ball of dough in the center – take a plate and press it. You will get an evenly shaped round dough. Then roll it to make a pipe shape. Now take a wok and pour oil for frying. When the
oil is on medium heat we can add the pipe shaped dough into the fire. It will take some time to cook. Fry it in till you see a golden colour.

Serve hot! Enjoy !!!
