Today's recipe is one of the famous recipes whose name is Kari Pakora or Kadi pakoda. Kadhi or kadhi is a dish originating from the Indian subcontinent. It consists of thick gravy based on gram flour and contains vegetable fritters called pakoras, to which Dahi (yogurt) or Buttermilk (Chaach) is added to give it a bit of sour taste. It is often eaten with boiled rice or roti.
More:- Kadhi or Kari is an Indian dish, originated in Rajasthan. It is called as pareh (परेह) in Jharkhand. It is a spicy dish whose thick gravy is based on chickpea flour (called Besan in Hindi and Urdu) and contains vegetable fritters called pakoras, to which sour yogurt is added to give it a little sour taste.
