[무화과 와인조림] 건무화과100g 레드와인 80g 설탕 60g

▪️츄러스휘낭시에 (6개)
시나몬 2g
[시럽] 물 30g, 흑설탕 10g
[토핑] 시나몬 1g, 흰설탕 30g

▪️황치즈휘낭시에 (6개)
황치즈 20g
[코팅] 코팅용 화이트 초콜릿 60g, 황치즈 10g

▪️말차휘낭시에 (6개)
말차 5g
화이트커버춰 20g

[Topping] Cinnamon 1g, white sugar 30g

▪️yellow cheese financier (6 pieces)
20g yellow cheese
[Coating] 60g white chocolate for coating, 10g yellow cheese

▪️green tea financier (6 pieces)
green tea powder 5g
White couverture 20g



📌Preparation course
[Fig Cream Cheese Financier]
1. Butter a pan and put it in the refrigerator.
