I've been obsessed with this biscuit before.. but this time it started again..^^;
I eat ice amerang... I eat it with white milk... It's a tea-biscuits that goes really well with black tea.

It probably tastes better than any shortbread biscuit you've ever had.

✔Ingredients for 12 biscuits
Use square frame 21x21cm or square bar 1cm

(Room temperature) unsalted fermented butter 180g
90g granulated sugar
3g salt
300g cake flour
27g skim milk powder
4g vanilla bean paste
(or vanilla extract)

About 10g of white sugar for topping

✔Bake for 20 min at 150 degrees in a preheated oven, then bake for another 15 min at 140 degrees (based on convection)
Ovens with low heat or no bottom heat should bake at much higher temperatures. Especially ovens without bottom heat can spread. It is most accurate to check the baking color and bottom color.
✔When storing at room temperature, keep it crispy for a long time (a week) if you enclose it with a desiccant and keep it frozen for up to a month.
