Hello everyone,
This week’s recipe is five flavors of snowball cookies.

I once posted a recipe for Injeolmi snowball cookies in 2018, when I had just started YouTube.
The video was too old, so while I was renewing it, I varied it with five flavors :)

Each flavor is so delicious and unique.
I think it would be great to make them all at once and put them in a container for a gift.
These cookies are so easy to make and tasty, so be sure to try them💗

▶Ingredients (about 100 cookies - 20 for each flavor)
[Cookie Dough]
250g Unsalted butter
80g Powdered sugar
2g Salt
350g cake flour
100g Almond flour
75g Sliced almond

[Injeolmi powder]
30g Roasted soybean flour
30g Powdered sugar

[Black sesame powder]
30g Black sesame powder
20g Powdered sugar

[Strawberry powder]
30g Strawberry powder
30g Powdered sugar

[Matcha powder]
6g Matcha powder
50g Powdered sugar

[Yogurt powder]
20g Yogurt powder
30g Powdered sugar

1) Bake the almond slices at 160 degrees Celcius for 10 minutes, cool them, and then slightly crush them.
2) Lightly beat soft butter at room temperature.
3) Add powdered sugar and salt and mix until the butter color becomes slightly lighter.
4) Add cake flour and almond powder and mix.
5) Add almond slices and mix to form a lump.
6) Divide the finished dough into 8g each and shape them into balls with your hands.
7) Bake at 160℃ (320℉) for 20 minutes. (Wiswell Lumi Oven/Hot air mode)
8) When the baked cookies have cooled down to slightly warm, sprinkle them with various flavors of powder and shake them off.
9) When the cookies are completely cooled, dust them with powder once more and shake them off.

*Storage: can be stored for up to 3-4 days at room temperature, frozen for up to 3 weeks. If you seal and package it with a desiccant, it will not get soggy easily and can be stored for a longer period.
