Today you will again get to know a mixture of abstract and figurative. You will start painting in a detached way. The first layer of paint is very simple. Simple tools are in the foreground. You can use the window wiper or a plastic spatula or other squeegee. Have a look around the house, because the cake lifter, as I have already shown you, is also very safe to use. First you apply your acrylic paint, a medium brown, and spread it rather in the middle of the canvas. Then add the other paints. Leave the edge free. After drying you continue painting. Your sketch, like this sculpture, you can transfer. Beautiful effects can also be created by using water. Black and white lines emphasize the figure. As a beginner you can also make it look like this. If you are more advanced, you can colour it in further. All in all the picture has a Shabby Chic style due to its colouring. In the book on page 17 you will find the theme layers. On page 26 you will find something about glazes.
Have a look at the channel. There are many more abstract and figurative pictures as instructions. You will also find painting on aluminium foil or a rescue blanket here. Let yourself be relaxed about painting.
