Blueberry Smoothie - no protein powder!  //  healthy smoothie recipes

- To make it vegan, you may use almond or soy milk but it will alter the protein amounts. Soy milk will give you the most protein.
- Also, you can add 1 cup of milk instead of 1/2 cup if you want it less thick.

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana frozen // 80g
- 1/2 cup blueberries  // 100g
- 2 tbsp greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 1/2 cup whole milk

59.4g Carbs
15.6g Protein  (19.6g P adding 1 cup milk)
