I like this recipe because it's gluten free and dairy free and still so delicious not dry. Just mix ingredients, fill up the muffin cups and bake them.

Ingredients

4 eggs
8 tsp sweetener I used Xylitol
2 tsp vanilla extract
8 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp coconut flour
4 tbsp chestnut flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp fresh blueberry
3 tbsp fresh raspberry

12 hole muffin tin

Baking time 15-17 minutes
