For the sponge
2 eggs
140 g honey or if you would like to avoid eating sugar you can use sweetener
75 ml oil
75 ml dairy free milk
150 g rice flour
25 g cocoa powder
1 tsp gluten free baking powder
7" springform tin
Baking time is 35-40 minutes at 400 F/200 C
For the cream filling
200 g dairy free cream cheese
1 tbsp honey
For decoration
150 ml coconut cream
homemade fruit jam (optional)
fresh fruit
sprinkles of your choice
