Kerala Beef Cutlet is an appetizer never missed out on at parties. A great snack that can be munched on at any time of the day

🛒Ingredients Required
Boiled Potatoes-5 nos
Beef keema-1 kg
Ginger- 2 inch
Green chilies- 4 nos
Garlic Chopped - 1 tbsp
Black peppercorn- 2 tsp
Black pepper powder-½ tsp
Fennel seeds- 2.5 tsp
Curry leaves- 4 stalks
Turmeric Powder- 3/4 tsp
Garam Masala powder-¼ tsp
Salt- as required
Finely Chopped onions- 4 large
Cooking oil- 5 tbsp+ for frying
Corn Flour- 3 tsp
Bread Crumbs- as required
Egg- 2 nos

How to make Kerala Beef Cutlets at home?

1. Boil potatoes, peel, mash, and keep them aside.
2. Crush and make a paste of ginger, green chilies, black peppercorn, fennel seeds, and curry leaves
3. Wash and clean beef keema and saute it with the above paste mix, add salt as needed, and pressure cook it.
4. Once cooked reduce the liquid to get a dry consistency of the beef. (Add oil to avoid it getting stick)
5. Remove it off the flame and cool down the mix.
7. Take a pan add cooking oil, and saute the chopped onion, add garlic.
8. Add turmeric, black pepper powder, garam masala, cooked beef, and season with salt.
9. Switch the flame let it cool and add the mix to mashed potatoes.
10. Shape the cutlets, dip in whisked egg, coat with bread crumbs, deep fry, and serve hot!
