Ingredients of Aloo Matar Paneer:

- 200gm paneer (diced)
- 1 medium size  potato (diced)
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 1 medium size onion (roughly chopped)
- 1 medium size tomato (roughly chopped)
- 1 inch ginger (roughly chopped)
- 5-6 cloves of garlic
- 2 green chillies (roughly chopped)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 green cardamom
- 4 cloves
- 5-6 black peppers
- 3tbs oil
- 1/4tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2tsp cumin powder
- 1/2tsp coriander powder
- 1/2tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- salt
- 1/2tsp garam masala
- 1tsp roasted fenugreek leaves
- coriander leaves



Method of Aloo Matar Paneer:

- In a grinding jar add onion & tomato, ginger, garlic & green chillies. Add cinnamon, green cardamom, cloves
& black peppers. Add little water & grind into a fine paste. Keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan & add potatoes. Add some salt & turmeric powder. Fry for 2-3 mins on medium flame. Take out & then fry the paneer for 2 mins in same oil. Take out & keep aside.
- In the same oil add prepared onion-tomato paste & cook for 7-8 mins on medium flame.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, kashmiri red chilli powder & salt. Mix & cook for 2 mins.
- Add fried potatoes & paneer. Add green peas & mix well eith the masalas. Add water as gravy you like. Cover & cook for 5 mins on low flame.
- Add garam masala, roasted fenugreek leaves & coriander leaves. Mix well & let it cook for 1 minute.
- Aloo Matar Paneer is ready to serve. Serve with roti, chapati, paratha, naan or rice.
