Add yogurt and mix well. - Heat ghee in a pan and add green-cardamom. Fry for 30 sec. Then add the prepared paste and stir continuously on low flame. Cook for 7-8 mins and keep stirring to avoid burning. - As the oil separates from the gravy, turn off the flame and keep it aside. Step 2(Prepare the curry): - Heat oil in a pan and add green cardamom,cloves and cinnamon stick. Fry for 30 sec. - Add onions and cook for 2 mins. Then add green chillies and cook for 5 mins. Add tomato paste and cook 2 for mins. - Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix well. - Add the prepared gravy and mix with the masalas. Add paneer and mix well. - Add water as gravy you want and mix. Cover and cook for 5 mins (*stir in between or it may stick to the bottom) - Add garam masala and kasuri methi.
